Jeannies Jewelry Mothers day sale

Jeannies Mothers Day sale was a great example of how to do a Sacramento jewelry event. In fact, it was an excellent example of how to run a business.

A good sale is about a lot more than price reduction. Here Jeannie makes a special event for her customers for a special day where they are likely to buy jewelry. She makes it special by being closed all day until it begins - oh and this does make it easier for her to get it set up right!

In the video, note the level of conversation is constant throughout - people are talking, people are having a good time. Watch and you will see that people are trying on jewelry, people are buying jewelry, people are commenting on how good that looks on people they do not even know.

Jeannie included wine - placed strategically in the back where you get to walk past all the display cases to get there. The sauvignon blanc was especially flavorful producing a sparkle on the palate. Jeannie had full plates of tempting finger food - easy to eat producing a sparkle in your mouth just like the sparkle of the jewelry. Jeannie included live music, soft smooth jazz with instrumentation that subtilly allowed the music to sparkle. She had a photographer - everyone is a fashion model! Jeannie set the mood exceptionally well!

Jeannie had pieces in a wide range of prices including consignment pieces that were especially good values and custom pieces to dazzle. The point is she had opportunities for every shopper. When people are buying, it becomes easier to buy. Jeannie moved around the room hugging a client here, holding up an ear ring there, helping with a necklace there, smiling, having fun and driving the energy of the room.
