HookUp Connection has helped me for over 4 years... Phelita (installed my Tivo when) service workers and even the manager could not figure it out. Not only did she demonstrate her skill in this, but she also made numerous adjustments to my TV, VCR, DVC, phonograph record player, and speakers (as well as) repair of satellite dish and complex wiring.
