I've always enjoyed a good glass of wine but it was a hit-and-miss adventure in finding wines that I would want to share with my friends and business associates. When I went to my first WineShop at Home tasting as a guest, I really enjoyed the education, the experience AND the wine. I became a consultant because it was a wonderful way to learn more, enjoy more wine with friends, and meet new people. I refer to myself as the "Wine Geek by Night" because in my business as a website and internet marketing consultant I'm a "Web Geek By Day". Experience it for yourself. Come as my guest to a tasting to sample 6 different boutique wines from WineShop at Home. Enjoy a little wine trivia and learn how to take advantage of our unique Wine Club, to host your own tasting and how to order your mix-and-match selection of wines. Of course you may decide it would be great fun to host your own wine-tasting event. Then you can select the wines, the day and time, and can invite your friends to share the experience.
Host a tasting:
Invite your friends. 6 bottles works well for 12 to 20 people (6 to 10 couples). About 1/3 of the people who commit will generally not make it at the last minute (kids sick and life emergencies) We encourage you to invite toward the top end or a little higher as it always seems to work out.
We provide:

Server - we do the pouring just like at a winery and provide education on the wines, flavors, parings,
Note boards and tasting sheets - for guests to make notes and score their favorite wines and parings.
Winemaker Tasting Notes - notes on each wine flavors, presentation etc.
Food Pairing Suggestions
Just as in a winery, you will be able to order wines that night and/ or join our wine club.
