The Cordova Community Council has been working for more than half a century to build a better Rancho Cordova by sponsoring great community events and fostering civic engagement. Today the mission of collaborating to build our civic life is more important than ever. You are invited to become a member and help stoke the fire of civic pride lit back in 1959 and affirmed in 2010 with our All-America City victory.
Why Join the CCC?
There are many reasons to join the Cordova Community Council. While we pride ourselves for being Rancho Cordova's "organization of organizations", we welcome individuals and business members, too. Benefits of membership include:
CONNECTIONS: We help individuals - newcomers and longtime residents - to navigate our community and find a home with our great member organizations. We are partners with the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce, pairing the muscle of our powerful business sector with our vibrant citizenry for a community that is balanced and vigorous.
INFORMATION: Looking for something to do? We help spread the word about your organization and inform you about what else is happening through our community events calendar, our regular e-newsletter and monthly luncheon programs.
FUN: While attending our entertaining community events is always enjoyable, we think helping organize and produce them is engaging and exciting, too. If you're a volunteer in search of a mission, we make it happen while delivering the best community events in the region.
HELP: We assist volunteer organizations by providing free meeting space, opportunities for leadership training, visioning and strategic planning and organizational support.

Membership:
Membership for 2013 begins Jan. 1. To ensure a listing on our website, please submit a membership form, along with your membership dues, to the Cordova Community Council by January 31, 2013.
ORGANIZATION: Every non-profit organization, community group, club, school or public agency that has some connection to the Rancho Cordova area may become a Organization Member with voting privileges, and appoint one official voting delegate.
Dues: $50 per Council Year.
BUSINESS: Every business, corporation, or commercial enterprise that has some connection to the Rancho Cordova area may become a Business Member.
Dues: $25 per Council Year.
INDIVIDUAL: Individuals who have some connection to the Rancho Cordova area may become Individual Members with voting privileges.
