Scheduled to occur at the November 19, 2010, RC Luncheon

Special Announcement: Upcoming Annual Cordova Community Council Vote

In accordance with the Cordova Community Council (CCC) bylaws, a secret ballot vote is required for the election of Directors (at or about the November Council meeting) and for elections to amend, change, or repeal the Bylaws. As a result, the CCC will be holding an election at the November 19, 2010, RC Luncheon.

The vote wil be to ratify the following:
  • Addition of one Board Member
  • Slate of 2011 Officers
  • Proposed Bylaw changes

All members, or one of their delegates with voting rights, in attendance at the November 19, 2010, RC Luncheon, will be provided a ballot in order to cast their vote.
 
Note: Each Regular member in good standing is allowed to have one vote cast by the primary delegate or one of the three alternate delegates named on their CCC membership application. Each Individual member in good standing is allowed to have one vote cast by the Individual member. Associate members do not have voting rights.
