Goshen Christian University

Goshen Christian University is a Christian school.

GRAVITY (Guiding Resilient Adaptive Valued and Innovative Transitioning Youth)

GRAVITY is a non-profit organization designed to transition youth by serving as an intermediary amid out-of-home placements and adulthood. Often, youth in out-of-home care don't have the opportunity to develop the independent living skills that they need in order to be self-sufficient upon aging out of care.

Knights of Columbus Council #5322

The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization. Founded in the United States in 1882, it is named in honor of Christopher Columbus.

Lancer Rugby Club

The Lancer Rugby Club is not funded by any school, but relies on dues, fund raisers and mandatory volunteer time from all members and /or their family to maintain the organization. The Lancers compete in the Northern California Youth Rugby Association (NCYRA)

Did you know that the Folsom Cordova Unified School District had 680 documented cases of “homeless” students in 2008 (now 783)? Can you believe that? It’s hard to grasp that so many local kids are struggling with something as basic as a stable place to live. This is not happening in some random city either, but in our own backyard.

The Elks are American Citizens who want to save its great values; who love others and want to make sure they are healthy and happy; and who love life and want to contribute to it, as well as to share it.

The Rancho Cordova Emblem Club works in close association with the Rancho Cordova Elks Lodge in their dedication to charitable acts in the community as well as originating patriotic endeavors to bear true allegiance to the Flag and Constitution of the United States of America.

Rancho Cordova Historical Society

We preserve the rich history of the Rancho Cordova area; present Rancho Cordova's history to the public; and promote the discovery of history by visitors and residents.

Rancho Cordova Kiwanis Club

Kiwanis was founded on January 21, 1915. By 1927 the organization had more than 100,000 members. Kiwanis became international in 1916. Kiwanis limited its membership to the United States and Canada until 1962, when worldwide expansion was approved. Since then, Kiwanis has spread to all inhabited continents of the globe.

Rancho Cordova Police Activities League (PAL)

PAL (Police Activities League) is a youth crime prevention program that utilizes educational, athletic and recreational activities to create trust and understanding between police officers and youth. The PAL program brings youth under the supervision and positive influence of a law enforcment agency, expands public awareness about the role of police officers, and reinforces the responsible values and attitudes instilled in young people by their parents.

Rancho Cordova Public Library

The Rancho Cordova Library works with all of the libraries in the Sacramento Public Library Authority to be the best source of knowledge and information that enriches and empowers all people of the Rancho Cordova community.

Rancho Cordova Sister Cities Council

The Rancho Cordova Sister Cities Council is a volunteer organization promoting international understanding through participation in the Sister Cities International organization.

Sacramento Children's Museum

The Sacramento Children's Museum (SCM) was founded in 2004. It is the vision of a local mom, Kathleen Palley, who saw the need for inspiring learning through interactivity. The SCM seeks to build an environment that makes learning exciting and enriching for children and their families through exploration and hands-on activities.

Sacramento Valley Live Steamers Railroad Museum

Founded in 1965, the Sacramento Valley Live Steamers Railroad Museum is a built-to-scale railroad located in Hagan Park in Rancho Cordova. The SVLSRRM is a non-profit organization dedicated to railroad and steam engine history. They operate a built-to-scale railroad for public benefit in Hagan Community Park.
