    Rancho Cordova Public Library

    The Rancho Cordova Library works with all of the libraries in the Sacramento Public Library Authority to be the best source of knowledge and information that enriches and empowers all people of the Rancho Cordova community.

    The mission is to provide open access to diverse resources and ideas that inspire learning, promote reading, and enhance community life.

    RANCHO CORDOVA LIBRARY TODAY

    The Rancho Cordova Library offers numerous resources for all ages, from early literacy programs geared towards children under the age of five to research guides for college students. Looking for a good book to read? Check out the library's Book Bulletins, which are monthly lists of books, audio, and DVDs selected for children and adults of all ages. You can even have them delivered to your e-mail account!

    Struggling with a homework assignment? The library's Homework Help resources offer live online assistance from expert tutors in areas like writing and foreign language. Whatever your question, you can certainly find the answer in the library's wealth of knowledge.

    MEMBERSHIP

    The only thing you need to enjoy all of the services offered by the Rancho Cordova Library is a library card! You can fill out an application online at SACLIBRARY to become a temporary customer, however this does expire after 14 days. To become a permanent customer, just visit any Sacramento Library location with a photo ID and proof of current address.     WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT

    The Friends of the Sacramento Public Library is a volunteer, community-based organization. Its dual mission is to advocate for the Library and to provide funding for books, materials, programs, and library activities, primarily through selling discarded and donated books and materials. To join the Friends, fill out an online application at SACLIBRARY or contact them by filling out the form on the left.

    The Sacramento Public Library Foundation is the professional fundraising organization of the Sacramento Public Library, whose mission is to enhance the Library's ability to serve the community by raising private funds. Giving to the Sacramento Public Library is how you can give to your community, and your support will continue this tradition and secure Sacramento's libraries for future generations.     There are also many other types of volunteer opportunities in the Library. Volunteers are encouraged to visit their nearest library to find out about these unique opportunities.

    Dial-a-book!
