THE NET is a non-profit organization to help people build their business while giving back to our local commuities.
We are two businesses in one: we hold Events/Expos and raise money for foster care children, children with cancer and illnesses while building and educating here in our local communities. We are a charity. We also provide business-networking opportunities. Forty percent of the profit from business-networking events are given to children in foster care in the form of gifts. We feel that NO child should be left behind. In these hard times, children in foster care have been taken away from their parents put into a new environment. We feel they will benefit from a community gift of their choice--not just a onetime Christmas present but throughout the year, including Easter, 4th of July, birthdays and other holidays.
THE NET believes that the more people you help to grow their business, the more business you get in return. In return, we donate to foster children. THE NET offers motivated professionals opportunities to build relationships while empowering others to do the same. We believe in a positive future for everyone.
HISTORY
The driving force behind the dynamic nature of THE NET is the founder, Lara Sansen, known for her commitment to building relationships and her inspiring, collaborative style. She started THE NET with the simple motto of, "As you give, you will receive," building businesses through personal relationships and spreading wealth through donations.
THE NET TODAY
Today, THE NET is a highly recognized professional networking group, designed to empower others daily in their businesses. They hold numerous events to raise money for children in foster care and children battling cancer and related illnesses, while at the same time building businesses through personal relations. Sponsors, volunteers and vendors always welcome at THE NET expos. Members believe that this personal interaction is the best way to build a business, and with the right tools there is no limit to what can be achieved. MEMBERSHIP
THE NET offers dozens of different membership categories for professionals in all fields. We are always looking for professional businesses, direct sales and crafters for our expos. The benefits of membership include opportunities for members to grow their businesses through referrals, business coaching classes, access to business mixers, health and nutrition classes and the ability to sign up new members. Membership dues include annual and quarterly fees, and are dependent upon how many categories the member's business represents. Prospective members must first attend two consecutive meetings, then fill out an application. If you are interested in becoming part of THE NET, pleaes inquire by filling out the form at the left.

You can also host a fundraising event to benefit children in the community. Beneficiary events include everything from concert benefits, running and biking events, celebrity golf tournaments, book sales, auctions, wine tastings, and School fundraising.
