This is an opportunity for EXHIBITORS to become part of this wonderful event, now in its eighth year. Turnout is expected to exceed 3,000. EXHIBITORS: Here's the scoop! Space has been reserved for a select number of cultural exhibitors. The iFest Planning Committee will be choosing the most appropriate exhibitors to enhance the theme of community and cultural diversity. Exhibitors may distribute or collect information, but all are required to have a free activity or demonstration. No product, service, or food sales are allowed without prior approval.

Stage time has been reserved for a select number of cultural performances. Stage performance time will be limited to 15 minutes. The iFest Planning Committee will be choosing the most appropriate performances to enhance the theme of community and cultural diversity. Performers will be notified by April 30,2015, whether they have been selected, and if so what their scheduled stage time will be. All chosen performers will need to sign a media release waiver as this event may be filmed or photographed.

Be a VOLUNTEER
Looking for a way to become involved in your community? Dip your toes into the water by being a VOLUNTEER at iFest! Check back for details.
This volunteer-driven event is organized by a Cordova Community Council planning group that includes community residents. Centerpiece of this event is the colorful and lively entertainment line-up on stage in the amphitheater. Admission to the event is free of charge. Food and beverage are available for purchase.
Participation is broadly diverse, with performing groups representing more than a dozen international cultures. Audience members are all ages, with families making up the biggest sector.
iFest is marketed to the community through local media, social media and 20,000 high-quality flyers distributed through the newspaper and schools. iFest has enjoyed generous coverage by local media.
Planning cycle begins in February, with sponsor deadline March 25 for collateral materials including publicity flyers, programs and volunteer gear. Event marking begins in late April.

Video-taped in its entirety by Access Sacramento Television, the Rancho Cordova iFest presentation was a 2011 "WAVE Award" winner for "Professional Performing Arts Video Coverage" presented by the Alliance for Community Media, Western States Region.
