The Cordova Community Council, City of Rancho Cordova and our many community partners are proud to announce that for the first time, Rancho Cordova will host a Holiday Ice Rink. With scheduled events and promotions, the Rancho Cordova Holiday Ice Rink promises to be a huge attraction for adults and children alike from Rancho Cordova and the entire Sacramento region.
The Cordova Community Council has been making Rancho Cordova a great place to live and visit for more than 50 years. Reinvigorated by the possibilities provided by our bright future, we are engaging our residents in exciting community events like Kid’s Day in the Park, Rancho Cordova iFest (International Festival), the Rancho Cordova Fourth of July and the California Capital Airshow… and the Rancho Cordova Holiday Ice Rink!
We are proudly creating a citizen-driven community which has been nationally recognized by the National Civic League as an All-America City in
2010. The Rancho Cordova Holiday Ice Rink is simply the latest celebration of our great community and another chance to attract visitors from both our neighborhoods and from across the region to see what Rancho Cordova has to offer.

Holiday Ice Rink at a glance
The 60-foot by 80-foot rink is prominently located in the vibrant Capital Village area, conveniently located off Highway 50 on Zinfandel Drive. Is is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm and is available for private parties and group discounts.
Special Activities and Events: We're planning a variety of special activities to attract skaters and spectators, including:

The 12th Annual Cordova Community Christmas Tree Lighting Festival (Nov. 27)
Special Celebrations
Hours and Admission: Open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Skating sessions are 2 hours in length
$8.50 per adult
$5.50 per child 12 & under/62 and older
$2 skate rental
Waiver: An activity waiver must be signed by each skater. Save time and get skating more quickly! CLICK HERE to download and complete this

Parking: There is ample free parking within easy walking distance of the rink.
Security: We're committed to ensuring public safety. Personnel will patrol the rink 24 hours a day to create a safe environment for all attendees.
Nearby attractions: Before or after skating, plan to dine at one of the area's restaurants and shop at nearby stores. For a special treat, take in the scene aboard our holiday Ferris wheel, or stay up late for after-hours events.

Imagine... Your business name prominently featured at the premiere outdoor ice skating rink in the greater Sacramento area. The rink, conveniently located just off Highway 50 on Zinfandel Drive at the heart of Rancho Cordova's beautiful Capital Village retail and business park, will provide a sparkling venue where holiday memories will be made. The rink will be open seven days a week beginning Nov. 10, 2011 through Jan. 16, 2012. Skating hours will be 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.
With the rink comes a truly unique opportunity for businesses and organizations to support a community project that supports local businesses, wholesome outdoor activity and taps into the magic of the holiday season.
