Notes:   RACES WILL START AT 11:00 AM
► January through April races on Lake Natoma, (Nimbus Flat Entrance).
► Start and finish at “Point Plaza” (across from the CSUS Aquatic Center).
► The Long Course: Start at the “Point Plaza”. Go to the new big bridge, Finish at Point Plaza. About 13.3 km
or 8.3 miles.
► The Short Course: Start at the “Point Plaza”. Go upstream of China Hat go back to finish at Point Plaza.
About 9.0 km or 5.6 miles.
► Classes: Kayak (K-1 or Surf Ski), Traditional/Fast Traditional, Plastic, OC-1, Canoe Solo, OC-2, Canoe
Tandem, and Tandem Kayak (any kayak).
► Age groups for men, women, and co-ed:
Juniors: under 18
Open: 18-39
Masters 40: 40-49
Masters 50: 50-59
Masters 60: 60 +
► Personal flotation devices (PFD’s) must be worn by all participants.
► Rules: ICF for marathon canoe/kayaking, see rules on www.canoeicf.com
► Entry fee $15 per person, Hui O’ Hawaii Race is $20 includes lunch, entry also signs you up for RCP
